Ilham Residence, the first gated and guarded development in the City of Elmina’s brand new multigenerational precinct, Elmina Grove.

These All Gen Homes were conceptualized around the idea that people of different age groups have different and specific needs. Thus, four unique types were designed for four individual age groups, from young couples just starting out, to larger families living with grandparents.

The facilities at Ilham Residence also cater to all age groups, via activated backlanes connecting each home to the five distinctly themed gardens, enhancing interaction between all for a thriving community.

In conjunction with TNBX, Ilham Residence homes will feature one of Malaysia’s first application of Smart Green Homes solutions, in which each home is provided with solar panels and a smart meter*. With this, each home can generate and be powered by solar energy, for low-carbon living and savings on electricity bills*
